Mark your calendar for Horizons' first-ever Giving Day! On April 2^nd,  we will Play it Forward to raise critical funds for children and families experiencing homelessness in our community. Our goal is to raise $100,000 and the first 50 gifts received will unlock a new toy for our Playspaces!

As a current PAL, you know the impact play has on children experiencing homelessness. Join us by making your gift early to Play it Forward: 

• Create Play: $25 buys Play-Doh and art supplies
• Imagine Play: $50 purchases 5 new books so kids in shelter have access to stories  
• Fuel Play: $100 pays for 25 healthy hot lunches for children at our early education center
• Play Every Day: a recurring gift helps supply diapers, wipes, and formula  for infants and toddlers

Join us on May 9th at the Intercontinental Hotel in Boston for Horizons 36^th Annual Spring Gala! It will be an unforgettable evening of inspiration, impact, and celebration.

Save the date for International Day of Play! 

Join us at City Hall on June 11^th for the second-annual International Day of Play! The day will be filled with sports, biking, board games, bubbles, ping pong, arts and crafts, dance and music, and many more fun powerful play opportunities.

We’re looking for 5-10 volunteers to help run our activity table between 10am and 2pm! Please reach out to Cassandra Olaya if you’re interested.
